Chaga has been used traditionally by people in Scandanavia, Siberia and Russia. Chaga is brewed daily into a restorative and anti-inflammatory mushroom health tonic that strengthens the body and prevents disease and infection. Ancient Russians and Scandinavians have been using Chaga for centuries, in fact, the word Chaga is derived from чага, which is translated from an indigenous language near the Ural Mountains into mushroom.
